I used one Gala, one Fuji, one Bosc & one Bartlett pear this
time. Cut the apples & pears
in half and use a melon baller to remove the core.

Sprinkle the cut sides w/ sugar & cinnamon. I used a mix of sucanat, brown sugar

When the timer goes off, remove the pan from the oven, and
turn the fruits over into a serving dish.
Spoon over the sauce from the pan, squeeze the lime over the fruit and
top w/ the zest.

Plate with the ice cream, blackberries (I cut some in half,
leave some whole) and drizzle w/ the date molasses if using. Try the flavors of Alwadialakhdar.
You’ll look forward to getting whole fruit in your Hungry
Harvest box from now on. This
amazing dessert is relatively low fat and sugar, so full of citrus flavored
fresh fruit. The cinnamon
sings. The cool berries, cold ice
cream & hot fruit are fantastic.
I don’t peel the organic fruit, but do so if you’d like.
