Chia seeds are low in calorie, high in fiber, protein, minerals and antioxidant nutrients, especially minerals like calcium, phosphorus & magnesium.  They plump up into a pleasing gooey texture when
soaked in water, tea or juice

Directions:

Combine all in as many glasses or jars as you wish to make.  The recipe above is the amount you put into EACH glass or pint jar.  The recipe makes about 1 full cup of pudding, but I use a pint jar in case I want to be generous w/ some of the ingredients.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  This chia pudding is not too thick, nor too sweet.  It makes a great power breakfast.
Incorporate friendly probiotics and elements of the Master Cleanse for maintaining happy gut health

Along w/ the caffeine and green tea goodness from the matcha, you get a myriad of protein and essential oils from the seed mixture.  This concoction also contains elements from the Master Cleanse as well.
Matcha is also becoming more available here in the US.  It’s a tasty, somewhat bitter form of green tea
The living and natural probiotics in the cider vinegar and miso fortify the gut w/ friendly bacteria.  You’ll find you can’t wait to start the day w/ this energy powerhouse.
Vary the fruits and juices for maximum flavor and nutrition
If you like it thicker, use 3 Tablespoons of chia seed per glass.  You can make up enough for the week, varying the fruit and juices for flavor interest.  They keep in the fridge for up to a week.
Pepitas are loaded w/ complimentary micronutrients and add satisfying crunch
Now it's ready to cover and chill overnight.  If you use mason jars, just put on the lid.  If you're using glasses top w/ a plate, or cling wrap.
Into the fridge over night to plump up and get gooey
Next morning they are plumped up and ready to enjoy.  Garnish w/ some fresh berries or seeds and get ready to feel the energy transfer!
A fresh cool powerhouse breakfast right out of the fridge
It's a treat to start they day w/ fresh living foods, neither too sweet, too rich or too heavy.  Eat Clean the Avanti Natural Way!
Garnished and beautiful, it's time to break the fast & relight your fire!
